About the workshop

A 3-day workshop aimed at professionals or experienced wire walkers who have a love for the beautiful artform of tight wire walking. In this workshop, we will learn the refined skill of balance and how to work with it to create beautiful movements and dance on a thin steel cable. We will learn many tricks on the wire and find fun ways of combining them into mini sequences or performances. This workshop will give you a deeper insight into the meditative and energising art of wire dancing. We will work with each other to create new ways of moving and improvising and creating a presence/ character on the wire.
