Invitation to Tender is now open for the Development of a Strategic Plan 2027-2030 for Creative Places Enniscorthy.

About

Creative Places Enniscorthy is a Creative Places Programme initiative funded by Arts Council Ireland Phase I 2023 – 2026 in partnership with Wexford County Council Arts Office, Enniscorthy Municipal District and led by Wexford Arts Centre.

Now entering Phase 2, (July 2026 – June 2028) the project has worked to develop a distinctive model of creative placemaking in Enniscorthy, County Wexford, building relationships between artists, communities, organisations and the cultural life of the town over a sustained period.

Phase 2 supported by the Arts Council Creative Places Roots Award represents a pivotal transition for embedding the Creative Places Project within the Enniscorthy community, with enhanced community leadership for supporting future longer term sustainable growth. This growth will see the project and artistic leadership transition to a local partner organisation. This transition reflects both the maturity of the project and the Arts Council’s commitment to embedding Creative Places initiatives within the communities they serve — moving from externally-supported programmes toward locally-rooted, selfdetermining cultural infrastructure.

To support this process effectively, the project requires a skilled and experienced consultant or consultancy to create a strategic plan, including an undertaking of a strategic review with reference to achievements, relationships, governance, and cultural impact and the original Creative Places Programme aims. To develop a forward plan to include purpose, vision, mission and values and KPI’s that will secure the long-term embedding and sustainability of the Creative Places project in Enniscorthy.

Budget: €10,000-€15,000
