Nat Whittingham is an acrobat & dancer working across circus, dance, and theatre productions.
A versatile mover with a broad vocabulary to draw from, he fuses gymnastic technique, contemporary floorwork and myriad influences from the performing world into his practice.

Formed in competitive trampolining, before later studying teeterboard & acrobatics at ESAC in Brussels, his career started at the age of 18, with an apprenticeship from Nofit State Circus – with whom he toured internationally with their shows Bianco, Open House, and Block

During his career he has created and toured with a variety of companies in the UK and Internationally, such as Ockhams Razor, Nofit State, Pirates of the Carabina, Superfan, Lords of Strut, Highly Sprung, and Cie Bivouac; as well as work with Punchdrunk, Upswing,Cie Hors Surface, and Tit for Tat.

He is currently Touring with Ockhams Razor’s production Tess, as well as being associate artist at Circus Factory Cork, and has just finished a run at Dublin Theatre Festival with Lords of Strut’s show Dream Factory. 

He is also an  experienced and in-demand teacher who has taught at NSCD, Circomedia, 2Faced, Fourth Monkey, as well as sold out workshops in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, and Spain, and regularly teaches at the National Circus Festival of Ireland
