This video was created as part of a new and imaginative cross-collaborative mini-series by the Irish Chamber Orchestra to celebrate its 50th Anniversary. It was made back in March 2020 during the first wave Coivid-19 back when we all thought we’d be a few weeks in this lockdown thing and then everything would be grand!
It was so much fun working with Christian Elliot, the ICO’s lead Cellist virtually on this project. We clicked straight away and the collaboration was so easy. I am so grateful to Lisa Moore of Branching Out Sligo for giving me the space to film and to Jenny for both filming and lighting, wrangling our one small light into a myriad of positions until we got the shadows just right.
