We invite you to creativity and circus with your chosen discipline (apparatus, prop, or your own body) to explore different ways of looking at it through targeted exercises and games. We will look at ways to invent your own tricks and discover how you can adapt and make your own personal style within your discipline.
Different ways to interact, different qualities of movements, different emotions, different textures, these are some of the qualities we will explore.
