The ISACS Network is delighted to partner with Carlow Arts Festival to support ISACS artists participating in their upcoming festival edition and avail of an incredible professional development opportunity.

Through this collaboration, ISACS artists can benefit from discounted rates and bursary support to attend the Irish Premiere of ‘The Games We Play’ by Sean Gandini and Kati Ylä-Hokkala – and their professional development workshop led by the esteemed duo.

Of particular note is the opportunity for Irish artists to experience Joan Català’s pioneering work here in Ireland. His performance—which will mark the opening of the 2024 festival—not only blurs the boundaries between dance, circus, and theatre but also between performer and spectator. We highly recommend that everyone interested in developing artistic work in the public realm experiences this work – compulsory viewing.

Additionally, attendees are encouraged not to miss Carlo Cerato and his ironic and absurd juggling performance to discover, explore and observe something fragile yet exhilarant – for both the performer and the audience.
