The ISACS Network are very excited to partner with Wexford Arts Centre to bring you a new artist development programme titled LIFT. This new partnership will offer mentoring and creation space for solo/duo ground-based circus artists via an open call residency.
LIFT aims to provide space, support, expertise and room for circus artists to develop their practice. The selected artists will be granted the use of theatre space at Wexford Arts Centre along with the support of the Arts centre staff in the form of skill share sessions and mentoring from the centres Technician, Marketing Manager and Director. The use of a hot-desk at the ISACS Network office for desktop research and subsequent reports/applications will also be made available.
A cash stipend of 500 euro per person per week of the residency plus accommodation costs will be offered to the successful applicants.
The residency will take place in Wexford Arts Centre from 22 – 26 November 2021, with the successful applicants being invited to arrive on the 21st and depart on the 27th.
Successful applicants will also be offered a week in the ISACS HQ for desk research/writing during a week of their choice.

- A clear outline of why you want to take part in LIFT and what you hope to achieve (Max 600 words).
- Any other relevant practical details. i.e. single artist/couple, access requirements, tech spec etc.
- Two or three examples of previous work (photo or video).Your resume/CV.
