We in ISACS are delighted to welcome Cristina Ciampaglione to the new and expanded ISACS team in the role of Communications Officer.

We have been working hard to grow the team for the last few years’ says Lucy Medlycott, ISACS director ‘…and are delighted to finally see it happening. It is great news for the development of the sector and will really help the wider ISACS network enormously, to spread our message far and wide.’

Cristina is from Italy originally and has been based in Ireland since 2019.

Cristina has much experience working in the arts on a national and international level, managing cultural initiatives for three years specifically focused on visual Street Art initiatives with Waterford Walls.

Cristina has a keen interest in all aspects related to the world of arts and culture, as a practising artist herself with a speciality in printmaking. Her academic studies at the Fine Arts Academy in Rome provided her with an excellent grounding in visual arts and a great sense of practicality.

I am thrilled to work with ISACS. I was super enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with the inspirational Circus, Street Arts and Spectacle sector from the inside and decided to apply for the job. It goes without saying how delighted I was when I was selected.

I am willing to learn as much as possible from our visionary Director Lucy Medlycott, who I consider a role model for Creative Entrepreneurs in Ireland.’

Cristina is also looking forward to getting to know all of the ISACS members and working closely with them to celebrate these beautiful art forms. Our Dream Team is growing and we are so excited about it!
