Cork Community Art Link invite you to ‘The Glorious Ramblings of The Family Shenanigans’

Sunday 16th June on Oliver Plunkett Street at 3pm as part of the Cork Midsummer Festival 2024

After the success of the 2023 Cork Midsummer Parade, Cork Community Art Link plans to take to Oliver Plunkett Street on Sunday 16th June with the ‘The Glorious Ramblings of The Family Shenanigans’, as part of the Cork Midsummer Festival.

With our motley crew of weird and beautiful contraptions, dancers, performers, and over 200 participants, including community groups such as Suisha Inclusive Arts, Blackpool Community Access Program, and the National Learning Network, not to mention fantastic performers from the Joan Denise Moriarty School of Dance, Tribe Dance Academy, The Fire Trio, CCAL Drama Troupe, and many more, we’ll be bringing rhythm and passion right into the heart of our city.

This parade is a completely free, un-ticketed community event, beginning at 3.00pm, and will travel down the length of Oliver Plunkett Street and finish with free salsa classes on Grande Parade outside Cork City Library.
