On November 1st, as the veil between worlds grows thin, the Siren Sisters will return to Waterford’s streets, bringing with them the ghosts of the deep and the whispers of the Otherworld.
The Spraoi Halloween Parade begins at 7:00p.m. from Constitution Square, travelling through Lady Lane, Michael Street, Broad Street, and John Roberts Square, before its haunting finale on Barronstrand Street.
