A creative producer and arts marketer, Carla was a founding member of Dublin-based theatre collective MALAPROP Theatre and began working with THISISPOPBABY in 2017. Carla has worked independently with theatre and dance artists such as Outlandish Theatre, Sibéal Davitt, Veronica Dyas, FemmeBizarre, and Veronica Coburn, and on such festivals as Where We Live, Live Collision and THE THEATRE MACHINE TURNS YOU ON Vol. 5.

Selected producing credits include WAKE, HOTHOUSE (2023), Party Scene (2022), Where Sat the Lovers and Minseach (2021), Before You Say Anything and 1,000 Miniature Meadows (2020), and Not A Funny Word (2018). She has produced tours of work to the UK, Paris, Beijing and Australia. Carla is a member of the steering committee for the National Campaign for the Arts, Ireland.

Lisette Krol is an international Pole and Aerial artist and athlete, originally from Venezuela who is currently based in Ireland. She is a three-time World Doubles Pole Champion and an Ireland and UK Soloist Champion. She has also won many international titles. Lisette is not only a championperformer and athlete─she is also thefounder, owner, and lead instructor atTribe Fitness Dance Studio in Dublin.

She performed in Britain’s Got Talent, the Late Late show and is the winner of Virgin Media TV Show the Big Deal. Lisette is the pole artist and one of the aerialists for Wake “This is Pop Baby”. From a young age, Lisette was a competitive swimmer and loved sports. This passion for sports, dance, and the arts led to her discovering Pole Art, Aerial Art, and Acro, though she did not know at the time how this love would change her life and become her career.
