In this short, one day introduction, guided by Púca Puppets’ Niamh Lawlor, professional maker and performer for close to 30 years, you can enjoy an exploration into the magic of puppetry, learning some basics of performance and undertake simple exercises designed to help create character and starting points for stories. You can use your own puppet or some of Púca’s created performers and collaborate with other learners in a playful but inspiring atmosphere.
