Health & Safety compliancy can seem like a complex and daunting task. That’s why we have invited SLUA Director and H&S expert, Peter Jordan to lead this exclusive member only training to help us connect the dots and simplify this seemingly complicated area.

Over the course of 3 Zoom sessions, Peter will guide you through topics such as H&S best practice, legislation, risk assessments, event management, emergency planning, audience capacity, Covid-19 regulations and answer any other burning questions you may have.

These sessions will run on February 24th, March 3rd and March 10th at 2pm, and will last approximately 60 – 90 minutes. The cost of the training is free and is exclusively for ISACS members. Once registered, attendance is required at all 3 sessions.

About Peter:

Headshot of Peter Jordan of SluaPeter is one of the founding members and is Director of Slua Event Safety Management Consultancy, who work within corporate, festival and cultural events, across scales of 15 to 50,000 capacity events and large-scale urban installations.

Peter’s work within the events sector includes all forms of event and festival production, including live outdoor and indoor concerts.  Some of these include large outdoor spectacle, parades, site specific installation, theatre, food markets and experiential marketing platforms. Peter has also overseen production and logistics for international theatrical tours in North America, Asia, Oceania and Europe.

Peters qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Occupational Safety and a Masters Degree in Emergency Management. Peter was amongst the first people in the UK to complete a BA(Hons) in Crowd Safety Management.
