Conflict in the workplace is inevitable, but destructive conflict is not. This course is designed for people across the sector at all levels to enhance self-awareness in conflict and to develop greater conflict competence in responding to tensions in the workplace.
The course is led by Mary Lou O’Kennedy, founding director of OAK Conflict Dynamics, and consists of three elements. Participants must complete all three elements, as follows:
- An online Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assessment (takes approx. 20 minutes) in advance of the training workshop;
- A one-day in-person training workshop;
- A post-training day one-on-one feedback session (approx. 30 minutes).
This valuable training will empower participants with a range of developmental, communication and management tools to deal with conflict more effectively and avoid the distressing fallout of poorly managed conflict. There are just 15 places available on each course, so do apply quickly if you are interested.
