There will be two workshops: One for beginners to Cyr wheel and one for intermediate.

This workshop is aimed towards those who have never done this art form before. But the person does have some level of physical practice; be it acrobatics, aerial, or even a sport or fitness regime. We will explore the movement of the cyr wheel and how our bodies influence and interact with its motions. We will also do some physical conditioning to warm up both our bodies and minds before moving on to the apparatus.
