Working in close collaboration with 81 organisations from across the arts sector and with responses from 484 artists, the Arts Council has produced an accessible toolkit to give arts organisations practical support in developing a Fair Pay, Fair Practice policy.

This will allow you to set out what your organisation can and will do to advance pay and working conditions for artists and freelance arts workers, and turn policy into transformative practice.
