Building your pitch writing effective funding applications ISACS low res

Arts Council Ireland, Tuesday 12th December

The Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network have partnered up with The Arts Council to host ‘Building Your Pitch’ Writing Effective Funding applications for Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network members. The clinic will be facilitated by Rowena Neville, lead consultant at Blue Line Consulting and with a special focus on future Arts Council Programmes by Davide Terlingo – Head of Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle, Arts Council Ireland.

The funding clinic will cover:

  • How to communicate through your funding applications
  • Arts Council Funding clinic about current schemes (Project Award, Bursary Awards, Programme Funding, Travel & Training Award)
  • What funding is available for street arts, circus and spectacle artists
  • Personal guidance and Q&A
  • Final conclusions

STILLPOINT four-days intensive workshop with John Fox & Sue Gill 

Cork Community Art Link, 12-15 June

Described as ‘English Visionaries’ and at the vanguard of radical arts practice for five decades, John Fox and Sue Gill brought their distinctive vision to Cork Midsummer Festival.

ISACS has partnered up with Cork Midsummer Festival to offer one ISACS member 1 free scholarship to our member Macha.

John Fox & Sue Gill led the workshop using their expertise in artistic strategies from visual art, theatre, music and dance, and by working with the skills the 12 participants brought, and those they had themselves. The workshop culminated with a collaborative performance presented as part of Cork Midsummer Festival.
