Tens of thousands of people have fled to Ireland seeking safety from the horror of war in Ukraine. As the war continues in Ukraine, those people who have come to Ireland in search of safety urgently need temporary homes.
A tax-free recognition payment of €800 per month is available to anybody offering accommodation to those fleeing Ukraine.
You can register your property details online:
- if you have an unoccupied or Vacant property, it can be registered online and your Local Authority will contact you to arrange
- if you have any accommodation to share it can be registered on-line with the Irish Red Cross whose teams will contact you to discuss
