  • The Irish Premiere of ‘The Games We Play’ by Sean Gandini and Kati Ylä-Hokkala
  • A professional development workshop for professional circus performers, led by Sean Gandini and Kati Ylä-Hokkala

About The Show ‘The Games We Play’

 

 

The Games We Play is an absorbing mix of juggling, dance, and philosophy. Co-founders/directors Sean Gandini and Kati Ylä-Hokkala invite you to enter their world of making and choreographing in a lecture that pretends to be a show (or is it a show that pretends to be a lecture?) presented by an esteemed duo who have unparalleled alchemy on and off stage.The Games We Play embarks on a journey through the idea of juggling with juggling. Sean and Kati delve into the foundations of the artform in a fun and playful way.

About the Workshop

This is a professional development workshop for circus performers, led by Sean Gandini and Kati Ylä-Hokkala.

The Bursary

ISACS is offering two travel bursaries of €100 for members.

Bursary Application here

This will be specifically for ISACS Members who:

  • Identify as being as being part of a minority or a disadvantaged group.
  • Are available to attend the programme from the 7th to the 8th June.

The bursary will be managed directly by the successful candidate who might need support to cover their expenditures to travel or stay in Carlow.
