Cultural sector employers in Northern Ireland can now access our series of training sessions and 1:1 support free of charge, thanks to funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland’s National Lottery fund.
Free training in Northern Ireland
Based on our core package of Fair Access Sector Support and tailored specifically for Northern Ireland’s cultural sector, the training is designed to empower employers to adopt inclusive and lawful recruitment practices which both support sector growth and develop a more diverse range of talent.
We’re also offering 1:1 support through our Advice Clinic, where we can provide bespoke guidance around the topics covered in the sessions. Please contact info@ccskills.org.uk to book a free 30-minute chat.
