It also outlines the next steps that will progress this important work in helping to develop these sectors. This strategic plan, managed by Dr Niamh Nic Ghabhann of the Irish World Academy, University of Limerick, and ISACS Network, will be incorporated into a piece of academic research into this area.

Annette Nugent is a communications consultant specialising in the Irish cultural sector, advising on communications and public affairs activity at a strategic level, and working with organisations to devise and implement marketing / PR / audience development projects at a tactical level.
