Arts Council funding street arts circus


Join the Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network for a day of training on writing effective funding application with funding expert Rowena Neville and Davide Terlingo, Head of Circus, Dance, Street Arts & Spectacle at Arts Council Ireland in Dublin on Tuesday 12th of December.

The Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network are delighted to announce they have partnered up with The Arts Council to host ‘Building Your Pitch’ Writing Effective Funding applications for Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network members. The clinic will be facilitated by Rowena Neville, lead consultant at Blue Line Consulting and with a special focus on future Arts Council Programmes by Davide Terlingo – Head of Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle, Arts Council Ireland.

This event is free but uniquely opened to ISACS members. If you're not a member, you can join today with our special offer for first timers of €30 for the year here.

The funding clinic will cover:

  • How to communicate through your funding applications
  • Arts Council Funding clinic about current schemes (Project Award, Bursary Awards, Programme Funding, Travel & Training Award)
  • What funding is available for street arts, circus and spectacle artists
  • Personal guidance and Q&A
  • Final conclusions

Speakers

Rowena Neville

Rowena Neville 2017

Rowena is lead consultant at Blue Line Consulting, working across public affairs, communications, policy, capacity building and strategic development for a number of organisations in business, the arts, local authorities and third sector. 

Rowena left the organisation Business to Arts in 2016 after twelve years in roles that spanned Marketing, Public Relations, Strategic Partnerships and Acting Chief Executive. Rowena led all programmes, communications and strategic partnerships for the organisation, and consulted with a large number of companies on maximising the impact of their cultural investment portfolios. Before joining Business to Arts, Rowena worked in a number of roles over seventeen years at The Irish Museum of Modern Art, the last five as Head of Sponsorship and Fundraising where she worked to develop new income for the Museum.
