Join the Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network for its annual Circus Open Forum in Tralee at the National Circus Festival of Ireland.

ISACS is delighted to have partnered up with the NCFI to discuss the theme Circus – Past, Present and Future’ on November 11th at National Circus festival of Ireland from 10.30 – 12noon at Tralee Chamber of Commerce.

The event gives you a chance to:

  • share information, news and ideas with fellow producers, programmers and artists
  • participate in a lively open space style discussion around ‘Circus – Past, Present and Future’
  • find out how you can get involved and contribute to Circus250 in 2018

We are delighted to say that we will be joined by special guests Dea Birkett, whose brainchild the Circus250 project is and Claire Teasdale, the executive producer of Extraordinary Bodies.

So come along and share your news, your stories, your thoughts, your opinions, your voice! The floor is yours!

The open forum will be followed by an Irish Youth Circus Focus hosted by Galway Community Circus in association with Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network, National Circus Festival of Ireland and the Arts Council Ireland from 12:15 -  2pm at Tralee Chamber of Commerce.

Do you work in youth circus in Ireland? Would you like to set up a Youth Circus in your town? Join us for the ‘Irish Youth Circus Focus’ – a meet-up of youth circus leaders - where you will have the opportunity to meet and share with others interested in developing this exciting art form and bringing it to more young people across the country.

During this session you will:

  • hear about what’s going on in different youth circus groups around the country
  • brainstorm on how we could support each other better in the future.

Places extremely limited for the Irish Youth Circus Focus. Please RSVP here.

Refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to confirm your attendance through our Share EventBrite Booking.
