4.00-5pm Newsround / Open space -this is your time to share with us any projects, events, information, issues or opportunities which may be of interest to ISACS.
ISACS has been invited to make a submission to Dublin City Council around the issue of Bye laws for Street Performers and their current draft document, which you can read here. We urge everyone interested in this area to read this and come with constructive thoughts to help us in making a strong, coherent submission in response to this.
