The ISACS Network and SpringMoves Dance Festival in partnership with Wexford County Council Arts Office and La Brèche Pôle National des Arts du Cirque de Normandie are delighted to announce a new artistic residency exchange opportunity!
We are looking for 2 artists working as a duo/partnership/collaborators who are:
- Based in or from the South East of Ireland – Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford or border counties to same
- Engaged in professional circus, dance or movement practice – ideally in the intersection between dance and circus arts

Phase 1, 2026:
- Go-See to Festival SPRING in Normandy from 11th – 13th March 2026 – experience the full PRO programme see work and meet the local artistic community at key venues throughout Normandy including Cirque Theatre Elbeuf and La Brèche.
- Artists must be available for these dates, including travel days either side. All travel expenses and show tickets will be provided.
- A stipend of €500 will be offered to each participant for the above.
- Go-See at SpringMoves Dance Festival in Wexford Town from 9th – 10th May 2026
Phase 2, 2027 (Subject to funding):
- Studio residency at La Brèche, Normandy, either 4th – 10th July 2027 or 23rd- 27th August 2027
- Residency offer will include travel, accommodation, fee, mentoring, use of equipment and facilities
