At ISACS, we are a leading artist-first members network, dedicated to supporting and growing the street, circus, and spectacle art forms in Ireland.

To nurture these art forms and empower our community, we offer a variety of artist development programmes each year. Below is the calendar of upcoming ISACS Artistic & Professional Development Programme call outs for 2026.

ISACS Call Outs 2026

Irish Aerial Dance Festival Bursary | July

  • Providing one ISACS artist with the opportunity to participate in the festival for one week, from Jul 13th-16th. Deadline: 19 May -> Apply here.

SPASA 2026 | August

  • A two-week training programme in Lleida, Catalunya, running from August 30th August 14th September, 2026. Deadline: 19 May -> Apply  here.

PITCH at Spraoi | August

  • A mentorship programme in partnership with Culture Ireland, allowing emerging ISACS artists to present their ready-to-tour show in a professional setting on August 2nd. Applications open 14 May. 

DELVE at Spraoi Festival | August

  • Two artists will have the opportunity to join ISACS and experience the Spraoi Festival in Waterford, 31st July and 2nd August. Applications open 14 May.

ISACS and Áras Éanna Ionad Ealaíne Residency | October 

  • An opportunity that offers solo or duo ground-based artists time and space to live and create for one month on the Island of Inis Oírr, Co. Galway. Applications will open on 25 May.

LIFT Residency in Wexford | November

  • For LIFT ISACS partner with Wexford Arts Centre to bring offer mentoring and creation space for solo/duo ground-based circus artists via an open call residency. Applications will open on 27 May.

DELVE at National Circus Festival of Ireland | November

  • Our Discover, Explore, Learn, Visualise, and Engage (DELVE) programme offers two artists the chance to join ISACS in visiting the National Circus Festival of Ireland, in Tralee. Applications open in August.

SHARE Open Forum at National Circus Festival of Ireland Tralee | November

  • SHARE is a space for our members to bring their projects, dreams, and challenges to the table and share ideas and solutions with fellow artists, and arts professionals. Applications open in August.
