At ISACS, we are a leading artist-first members network, dedicated to supporting and growing the street, circus, and spectacle art forms in Ireland.
To nurture these art forms and empower our community, we offer a variety of artist development programmes each year. Below is the calendar of ISACS Artistic & Professional Development Programme call-outs for Spring 2025.
ISACS Spring 2025 Call Outs
- Dublin Circus Project Bursary
An opportunity for one emerging circus artist to participate in a professional development programme from March 22nd to June 9th. Applications now closed. Meet the selected artist→
- DELVE at Festival of Fools
Our Discover, Explore, Learn, Visualise, and Engage (DELVE) programme offers two artists the chance to join ISACS in visiting the Festival of Fools in Belfast over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Applications are now closed. Meet the selected artists→
- Irish Aerial Dance Festival Bursary
Providing one ISACS artist with the opportunity to participate in the festival for one week, from July 14th to 19th. Applications are now closed. Meet the selected artist→
- Witness at Dublin Dance Festival Bursary
Supporting two ISACS artists to attend Taking Flight’s Witness programme at the Dublin Dance Festival on May 13th, 16th, 17th & 20th. Applications are now closed. Meet the selected artists→
- DELVE at Carlow Arts Festival
This programme supports two artists in joining ISACS to experience the Carlow Arts Festival from June 4th to 8th. Applications are now closed. Meet the selected artists→
- Where Dance Meets Street Bursaries
Supporting ISACS artists to explore collaboration between street and dance art forms in Wexford Town on May 16th & 17th. Applications are now closed. Meet the selected artist→
- SPASA 2025
A two-week training programme in Lleida, Catalunya, running from August 30th to September 14th, 2025. Meet the selected artist→
- PITCH at Spraoi
A mentorship programme in partnership with Culture Ireland, allowing emerging ISACS artists to present their ready-to-tour show in a professional setting on August 2nd. Applications open May 22nd.
- DELVE at Spraoi Festival
Two artists will have the opportunity to join ISACS and experience the Spraoi Festival in Waterford, August 1st–3rd. Applications now open→

- ISACS Online Annual General Meeting – April 29th
- ISACS HQ Hot Desk Programme – Available until September for members to research, write proposals, and receive support.
