This year ISACS are involved with two pro events: Outdoor Arts – Making Waves and 4 Nations Networking, where Northern Irish representatives (Ken Fanning & Simon Llewellyn) will present.

Outdoor Arts – Making Waves – 12 Sepember, 10:30am at Territori Creatiu, Tàrrega

Join together with the resource & info networks of ISACS Ireland, Outdoor Arts Portugal and Outdoor Arts Italy to learn how they create, demonstrate, advocate and celebrate these most public of artforms from the edges of Europe towards global impact.

Together Ireland, Portugal and Italy will present their collective story around how they have supported the growth of a sector, built on finding its shared voice and advocated for its future through impact and evidence.

Come and meet festivals programmers and artists from England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, as Articulation, OutdoorArtsUK, Without Walls, XTRAX and other UK based organisations come together to host this networking event.

The Fulfilment at Firatàrrega

Darragh McLoughlin has been invited to present his new work The Fulfilment at this year’s festival.

The Fulfilment is a modular, audience-driven performance built around a simple premise: a pile of empty frames and a series of titles. What happens next is determined entirely by those present. As audience members choose which titles to fulfil, an evolving live exhibition begins to emerge. Frame by frame, actions, images, gestures, and collective decisions accumulate, transforming the space into a unique composition shaped by participation and chance. No two performances are the same. Each iteration becomes a portrait of a collective moment, reflecting the cultural, social, and political context in which it takes place – balancing structure and unpredictability.
