For artists, actors, puppeteers, teachers and enthusiasts, create a puppet for your work or fun lead by experienced Púca Puppeteer Niamh Lawlor
Guided by Púca Puppets’ Niamh Lawlor, professional maker and performer for close to 30 years you can enjoy creating a character to assist and inspire your work or fun in the future. This short one day introduction to making will focus on rod operated puppets constructed from recycled, found and craft materials. Basic materials are included but you are welcome to bring your own inspiring extras if you wish, a list of what we will be working with will be included on booking.
Cost for one workshop €100 (or €80 for those unwaged)
or €180 / 140 for those taking both days of workshops – 21st August and 22nd August.
