The ISACS Network is delighted to announce that  Amy Hegarty has been awarded the ISACS bursary to attend SPASA24, a 2 week street arts training programme in Catalunya.

WHAT IS SPASA?

An international two-week street arts training programme which takes place in the region of Lleida – Spain. Over the two weeks, renowned artists will present an intensive programme of  activities for those interested in learning more about creating work in public space. The trainers for the 2024 editions are Eléctrico 28, Joan Catalá, Le G. Bistaki, Adrian Schvarsztein.

At SPASA they believe that street arts should be based on a theoretical and practical specialisation of performance. The SPASA team are committed to a 360º vision of the sector and they want to work on the many different disciplines that make up street arts. You will delve into the practical work and tools used by these internationally recognised companies and professionals in the sector.

When is SPASA 2024?

  • Cervera and Tàrrega, Catalunya

Cost: 750 euros with accommodation and meals during the weekdays covered – registration is still open.
