Join us for our first training session of the year to explore the benefits of the Minding Creative Minds Programme, a free wellbeing and support initiative for Ireland’s creative sector.

3 Decades + growing in roles that focused on relationship building, creation & development of projects, team leadership, positive impact projects. Throughout this professional career is a constant thread of mentoring others, leading teams to successful completion of projects, stakeholder management and people empowerment. The success throught this career can be attributed to believing in the success of people, the love of innovation and delivery of results.

Emma carries a toolbox of transferable skills that help broaden networks at home and abroad to achieve goals. Career portfolio includes risk mgt, compliance, project leadership, social enterprise development, advocacy for inclusion, sustainable business operations, and a diverse professional landscape that drives positive change and growth. Emma is a board director for two NGO s, consultant to a social enterprise return2work.ie, Senior development lead within MindingCreativeMinds.ie as well as having a track record as a ‘A high energy experienced professional’.

Juley Ann Collins

Producer & Arts Manager

Juley-Ann Collins is a freelance producer and has extensive experience working in the Irish cultural landscape in national and international contexts, coordinating small to large-scale projects, festivals, and tours, with funders including the Arts Council of Ireland and Creative Europe. Juley-Ann has worked across multidisciplinary arts settings such as festivals, production companies, hospitals, care settings, venues, and local authorities, with a recent focus on producing street arts, circus and community engagement projects in a freelance context.

Recent clients include Roscommon, Louth and Limerick City and County Councils, Minding Creative Minds, National Circus Festival of Ireland, Pitch’d Circus Festival, Tipperary Dance Festival, Bill and Fred Productions, Promenade and Drogheda Arts Festival. She is currently the Creative Producer with Roscommon Arts Centre, Interim Director for Cavan Arts Festival, Tour Producer for Colm O’Grady’s The Lonesome Boatman nationwide 2025 tour, amongst other projects/events.
