We are thrilled to announce a low flying aerials workshop with Elaine Mc Cague of Loosysmokes at Circus Factory.

Low Flying: Dynamic technique and creative skills on Rope and Silks An aerial skills masterclass working on optimising how we form movement from the ground and create repertoire on the lower levels. Participants will work through a range of entrances, spins, flares, locks and pops, working intricate dynamic technique and creativity in movement. The class will consist of warm-up, stretches focused on shoulder mobility, and work with appropriate progressions to suit differing levels.
