“Cruthú” meaning “create” in Irish, is a work-in-progress sharing that embraces the spark of creativity and connection in a world in which we are increasingly being polarised.
The artists will explore the cross-pollination of artistic landscapes, with no goal beyond pure creation. This intimate performance sees dance and aerial artist Kathleen Doherty and composer Cathy Purcell unite, planting sparks of “Cruthú” for the future. In this tiny world of spontaneous performance, they explore the raw potential of creativity, the divine feminine and what it means to be of service to art as a language of collaboration, offering a glimpse into a collaborative journey still unfolding.
