Cyr Wheel Workshop with Suzon!

This workshop is designed to make learning the discipline of Cyr wheel easy and FUN !
The sessions will start with a warm up including the core elements of Cyr wheel with specific preparatory and core strengthening exercises.Participants will work on coordination and balance to build towards learning manipulations, spins and rocks with logical progressions.
For newcomers this is a great introduction.If you have done Cyr wheel before this workshops will allow you to expand your existing knowledge base and work with more complex manipulations/variations as well as preparations for cartwheels and coins.
Please wear comfortable, close-fitting training clothes. Bring indoor shoes , they should be slim soled plimsolls (or pumps) – Feiyues are ideal
