Learn More About Us

The Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network We are a collaborative network of people and organisations interested in the development of the Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle art forms for, with and by Irish artists. We represent over 70 member organisations and individuals across Ireland and beyond. We have a voluntary Board of Directors which are elected by the members in rotation at our Annual General Meeting. We aim to raise the profile, increase recognition and support the development of the sector by:
  • Information and resource sharing
  • Advocacy and Policy development
  • Training and Professional Support
  • National and International Networking

The Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network are delighted to announce The Arts Council will be holding an open Funding Information Clinic in association with the National Circus Festival Ireland. The aim of this clinic is to provide information about the various funding schemes currently available for circus, spectacle and street artists. The clinic will be led by Head of Circus, Dance, Street Arts & Spectacle Davide Terlingo, and Circus, Dance, Street Arts & Spectacle Adviser, Verena Cornwall.

This event is free and open to everyone. Please register your interest by contacting info@isacs.ie.

Funding programmes covered will include Project Award, Travel & Training Award and Bursary Award only. The Clinic will cover:

  • The purpose and priorities of the award
  • The application process
  • The assessment and decision making process
  • Eligibility criteria

There will be an opportunity for Q&A and general advice for making an application. In order to provide a meaningful clinic, the focus will remain on the topics outlined above and it will not be possible to use the clinic to address individual applications.
